Sarah Carr: Taking Action on Pot holes and Pavements

Every week Sarah Carr, Hereford and South Herefordshire's Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate, takes up the case of residents across Herefordshire concerned with pot holes, blocked drains, speed limits and uneven pavements in their local area. Sarah Carr raises every concern with the Herefordshire Council officers responsible for action.

Sarah Carr said,

"Many local people contact me for any help with improving the state of the roads and pavements in Herefordshire and I do what I can to get action. Just today (7th August) I visited Barrs Court Road in Hereford at the request of a resident to view the blocked drains which mean flooding is a regular occurrence and annoyance in the road. I have immediately raised the problem with Herefordshire Council and hope they will now act with their contractors to remedy the ongoing problem."
